Devouring images | Nurhidayat

Nurhidayat’s artistic work borrows numerous images, chosen with complete subjectivity, from various media (newspapers, magazines or the Internet), using them as references. Ubiquitous advertising inspires him, as it is a factory of seductive images and desires. In this way, he makes use of the consumer appetite generated by the flood of images that overwhelm us on a daily basis.
