Topologies | Jérémie Lenoir by Fabrizio Migliorati.
Jérémie Lenoir’s eye cuts through the visible, accessible only through an aerial view, to find fragments where the artistic emerges from the unintentional. After rigorously studying the area to be photographed, the artist follows a strict protocol that leads him to freeze a portion of land at midday and at a height of four hundred metres. Lakes, quarries, roofs and storage facilities are thus transformed into abstract expressionist canvases, places where the man-made and the natural converge in the secret of randomness.
